We are thrilled to announce that our European project OTTY – Only Thanks To Yourself has been officially funded by the European Union! 🇪🇺
When the results were first published back in August 2024, OTTY was placed on the reserve list. Since then, we have been waiting with hope and determination, from summer until spring. And after more than seven months of waiting, in March 2025 we finally received the news we had been dreaming of: OTTY has been selected and funded! 🎉
OTTY was born from a strong need: to address the hidden but very real risks of doping among adolescents in amateur sport. Our mission is to build safe, inclusive and supportive sport environments, where young people can grow, express themselves freely, and embrace the true values of sport.
Together with our international partners, we will work on:
✅ Developing the OTTY METHOD, a practical and free tool for youth sport workers and coaches to prevent doping.
✅ Organising training sessions and transnational meetings to exchange good practices and innovative approaches.
✅ Launching advocacy and social campaigns to raise awareness and promote sport as a healthy lifestyle.
✅ Building a community of #OTTYAmbassadors, coaches and youth workers ready to inspire young athletes.
This is more than just a project. It is our contribution to protecting the integrity and values of sport in Europe, while empowering those who work closely with the new generations.
After months of patience and determination, we are ready to begin. OTTY is here – and it is here to make a difference! 🚀
