FRANCESCO ZOFFOLI

OLTRE Founder

Project Manager

Communication Developer

Born in 1990, Francesco graduated as an architect in 2016. However, for several years, he has immersed himself in training experiences through the world of associations and European projects.

​

Since his childhood, Francesco has been an active member of the Ymca Roma, the local branch of the Y.M.C.A., a leading global organization in youth development programs. In 2014, faced with the imminent closure of Ymca Roma, Francesco seized the opportunity, steering it into becoming a virtuous and successful reality within a few years. Here, he honed skills in team collaboration, youth volunteer training, and managing substantial responsibilities.

​

Francesco's journey into the realm of European project planning began in 2016, spurred by years of international training experiences covering topics like social inclusion, human rights, NGO governance, leadership, strategic planning, and issues related to combating discrimination.

​

Since 2019, Francesco has personally guided numerous local associations in studying their communities, crafting inclusive activities, and composing project proposals that catapult associations into invaluable and impactful international experiences.

​

In 2023, Francesco founded OLTRE, a culmination of his work, to persist in constructing partnerships and European projects that are increasingly captivating, beneficial, and capable of instilling European Union values at the grassroots level.

VALERIO ORLANDI

OLTRE Co Founder

Project Manager 

Born in 1998, he began engaging in association activities from a young age. Through his extended involvement, he honed his skills in teamwork, the training of young volunteers, and the management of significant responsibilities. As early as 2016, he participated in international training experiences, focusing his efforts on crucial themes such as social inclusion, human rights, governance of non-governmental organizations, leadership, strategic planning, and combating discrimination.

 

During his university years, he successfully managed a coworking space, demonstrating remarkable managerial and organizational abilities. In 2020, he graduated in International Relations from Sapienza University, integrating academic theory with practical experience in the fields of associationism and business management. In the same year, he embarked on a Master's degree in Political Science at the same university.

 

In 2021, at the age of 23, he embarked on a career as a project manager, applying the skills acquired during his studies. He actively supported numerous local associations in the development of their communities, contributing to the design of inclusive activities and the drafting of project proposals. Thanks to his commitment, these associations were able to undergo international experiences of great value and impact.

 

In 2023, to consolidate his work over the past years and continue to promote European cooperation, he co-founded OLTRE. This new initiative aims to build partnerships and projects that are increasingly stimulating, useful, and capable of spreading the values of the European Union at the local level. His dedication continues to serve as a source of inspiration for those seeking to promote social inclusion and global harmony.

LUCIA AMOROSI

Context and social analyst

Lucia currently serves as a research fellow in Social and Political Sciences at the Scuola Normale Superiore. She possesses a highly interdisciplinary educational background, having earned a bachelor's degree in International Relations from La Sapienza University, a master's degree in Relations and Institutions of Asia and Africa from the University Orientale di Napoli, and a Ph.D. in Sociology of Labor from the University Statale di Milano.

 

Over the years, she has conducted study stays in Portugal and Brazil, delving into various themes, including gender discrimination, postcolonial studies, and the analysis of the world of work through an intersectional lens, with a strong emphasis on domestic and care work.

​

Lucia has always been dedicated to combating all forms of discrimination and gender-based violence. She firmly believes that community work at the grassroots level can play an essential role in establishing genuine dynamics of change, implementing best practices to circulate and share. She asserts that her studies, without the vibrant and tangible dimension of community work, would indeed hold little significance.

TIZIANA MIMMOCCHI

Administration and PR

Passionate about travel and science from a young age, Tiziana earned her degree in Biological Sciences from La Sapienza University in Rome. She furthered her studies in Australia and the United States, embarking on a career as a researcher at the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA).

​

During her university years, she discovered the world of martial arts, particularly Taekwondo, which had an immediate and significant impact on both her professional and personal life.

​

After spending several years in research, Tiziana shifted her focus to the administrative aspects of the family business, a drastic change that opened up entirely different professional horizons for her.

​

Simultaneously, she consistently devoted herself to Taekwondo-related activities, organizing events and courses at national and international levels. She collaborated with sports associations and national and international federations, actively engaging in the youth and third sector.

​

Convinced of the fundamental importance of cultural and intergenerational exchanges, Tiziana enthusiastically supports associations venturing into the realm of European projects. She proactively transforms the passions and interests of sector operators, recognizing the vital role of cultural exchange in fostering positive change.

MARCO MARIA BOCCACCI

Psychological dimension projects' expert

Marco Maria Boccacci is a Clinical Psychologist and Psychoanalytic Psychotherapist. He serves as a lecturer at the School of Psychodynamic Psychotherapy in Latina and holds a teaching position for the course in Work and Organizational Psychology at the University Tor Vergata in Rome.

​

He collaborated with the Center for Families Sipea in Rome (Sipea onlus), addressing complex family issues, including those within the field of forensic psychology. He specialized at SIRPIDI in Rome, focusing on therapy for a same-sex couple in his thesis.

​

He gained experience in the psychological treatment of substance abuse at Villa Maraini ONLUS (Red Cross). As the responsible contact person, he organized and directed Harm Reduction training courses for the International Activities Office, involving international delegates from the Red Cross and Red Crescent.

During his training, he collaborated with the Gastroenterology Department at "San Camillo Forlanini" Hospital and the Headache Care Department at "San Carlo da Nancy" Hospital.

​

In his clinical practice, he works with adults, adolescents, and couples, including issues related to parenting. Over the years, he has also gained experience in supporting children in primary and secondary schools.

ALESSIA MINISGALLO

Responsible for non formal education methodologies

Alessia is a clinical psychologist and trainer, currently specializing in group and individual psychotherapy at ITER - Istituto Terapeutico Romano. The training includes an exploration of institutional dynamics related to leadership, authority, roles, and organizations, following the model of the Leicester Conference at the Tavistock Institute in London.

​

She is an expert in designing and delivering training programs characterized by the use of active techniques and experiential group methodologies. These programs aim to empower participants to actively engage in paths of change and enhance their skills.

​

Alessia views the group as a working tool through which relationships and services can be rethought and improved. Her expertise extends to educational and career guidance, and she serves as a consultant, trainer, and psychologist at various Secondary Schools in the Rome area.

​

Since 2016, she has been a member of the YMCA Roma Association, the local branch of Y.M.C.A. Her journey with the YMCA has seen Alessia currently responsible for the design and coordination of national programs and the training of association volunteers in areas such as leadership, teamwork, and soft skills.

Elia Buonora • Tullio Edoardo Rocca • Gianlorenzo Attene

Elia Buonora completed his three-year photography course at ISFCI in Rome and worked for a year in Paolo Pellegrin's studio as a post-producer. Meanwhile, he initiated his journey as a professional photographer, exploring various genres from editorial work to reportage, interior photography, and portraiture. In 2018, he traveled to Cuba to study documentary filmmaking, developing a passion for video production. Since then, he has taken on various roles, including director, director of photography, cameraman, and focus puller.

​

Tullio Edoardo Rocca earned a degree in philosophy but left the library dust behind to study documentary filmmaking in Cuba. Upon returning to Rome, he began working as an independent videomaker and continued his education at Officina Pasolini and the Leo Benvenuti Screenwriting School. As learning is an ongoing process, he is currently studying directing at Volonté while maintaining a balance by working as a screenwriter.

​

Gianlorenzo Attene after directing two independent documentaries on Sardinian carnivals, solidified his role as an author at EICTV in Cuba and Officina Pasolini in Rome. His work has received positive acclaim in various international festivals. Presently, he primarily works as an editor or data manager for different productions but continues to indulge in his passion for documentary filmmaking.
