OLTRE Founder

Project Manager

Communication Developer

Born in 1990, Francesco graduated as an architect in 2016. However, for several years, he has immersed himself in training experiences through the world of associations and European projects.

Since his childhood, Francesco has been an active member of the Ymca Roma, the local branch of the Y.M.C.A., a leading global organization in youth development programs. In 2014, faced with the imminent closure of Ymca Roma, Francesco seized the opportunity, steering it into becoming a virtuous and successful reality within a few years. Here, he honed skills in team collaboration, youth volunteer training, and managing substantial responsibilities.

Francesco's journey into the realm of European project planning began in 2016, spurred by years of international training experiences covering topics like social inclusion, human rights, NGO governance, leadership, strategic planning, and issues related to combating discrimination.

Since 2019, Francesco has personally guided numerous local associations in studying their communities, crafting inclusive activities, and composing project proposals that catapult associations into invaluable and impactful international experiences.

In 2023, Francesco founded OLTRE, a culmination of his work, to persist in constructing partnerships and European projects that are increasingly captivating, beneficial, and capable of instilling European Union values at the grassroots level.
