Within the AFS – ADHD Focus in Sport project, we have created a series of 13 short video tips designed for coaches, trainers, and sports educators who work with young athletes with ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder).

Each video offers a practical and easy-to-apply strategy, presented by professionals from different European countries. The goal is to provide concrete tools that make sports training more inclusive, effective, and motivating for everyone.
